Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (hereinafter called “terms, the terms”) apply when you as a consumer place an order via Black Ritual Cvlt. By ordering goods from our webshop you accept these terms. The agreement is entered into between you and Underbase, which owns Black Ritual Cvlt. These terms are applicable only to you as a consumer making a purchase via Black Ritual Cvlt.

GENERAL

All orders placed at Black Ritual Cvlt are handled by Underbase. For queries about your order, please contact us.

Black Ritual Cvlt reserves the right to minor deviations with respect to colors, materials, descriptions, weights, sizes and manufacturing, as presented in the webshop. The same applies to typographical errors, price changes and assortment changes.

You must be over 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase from us.

All fraud and fake orders are reported to the police.

PRICES

Our prices are in Swedish kronor and exclude VAT at 25%. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to change prices without notice and also reserve the right to correct any typographical errors.

PAYMENT

We always require advance payment from private individuals. New business customers must pay in advance for their first order. From the second order onward, payment terms of 20 days apply.

You have the option to choose among the following payment methods when ordering from us:

  • Stripe

  • SumUP

  • PayPal

Stripe
Stripe is a trusted global payment platform that enables secure online payments with credit and debit cards. It supports major card providers like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and offers fast, encrypted transactions. With Stripe, your payment is processed smoothly and securely.

SumUp
SumUp is a secure and easy-to-use mobile payment service that allows businesses to accept card payments using a compact card reader and smartphone or tablet. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

PayPal
PayPal is a payment service provider owned by eBay with more than 100 million users. Paying via PayPal is simple and fast. Through PayPal you can pay with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro). You can also create a PayPal account and make payments.

DELIVERIES

Normal delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Contact us if you need delivery faster.

Undelivered Packages

Packages that are not collected will be returned to us. For all packages not collected we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and processing fee, currently SEK 150.

Undelivered packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days from receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the item in undamaged condition, in its original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you bear the cost of return shipping.

You do not have the right of withdrawal for:

  • Custom-made goods, e.g. T‑shirts with your personal print or text, as these goods are specially produced for each customer. If you are not satisfied with the nature of the product, you can instead make a complaint / claim (see below).

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

  • You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course you may inspect it carefully. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS

Returns are at your own cost unless the item is defective or there has been a packing error. Returns must be sent as parcel or package, not cash on delivery. 

Refund Obligation

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall repay what you paid for the item promptly, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. As a customer, you should not take receipt of or collect a package that appears damaged. If you only discover the damage after opening the package, you must file a complaint immediately.

PERSONAL DATA

When you shop with us, you also consent to us storing the information you have provided in order to complete the purchase and give you good service. We follow the guidelines set out in the Personal Data Act.

COOKIES

Black Ritual Cvlt uses cookies to remember what you have put in your shopping cart and to ensure correct goods follow through to checkout. 

FORCE MAJEURE

We consider ourselves released from fulfilling our obligations under this agreement if this is due to causes beyond our control such as changes in legislation, governmental action, labor conflicts, fire, flood, sabotage, major accidents or similar events.

OTHER

We reserve the right to final sale. We reserve the right to price increases that may be due to supplier price changes or currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to any typographical errors in all text on the site.
